How it works
You send documents once. We do the rest and keep you updated at every stage.
Start now →Share your requirement on a short call or over WhatsApp. We confirm the right structure and give you a fixed quote before any work starts.
We send you a precise checklist — no vague requests. Scanned copies over WhatsApp or email are enough to begin.
We draft, verify and file with the MCA, GST or Income Tax department, and handle any departmental queries that come back.
You get the incorporation certificate, GSTIN or acknowledgement, plus a compliance calendar for what comes next.
Why work with us
Company filings are not a commodity. The difference shows up years later, when a shortcut in year one becomes a notice in year three.
Online panels hand you to a call centre and a rotating set of juniors. Here, the person advising you is the person signing off on your filings.
If an LLP suits you better than a Private Limited, we will say so — even though it earns us less. Choosing the wrong structure costs far more to unwind later.
Missed ROC and GST deadlines carry per day penalties with no upper cap. We track your calendar and chase you before the date, not after.
Professional fees and government fees are quoted separately and upfront. What we quote is what you pay.
Financial records are handled under professional confidentiality obligations and never shared with third parties.
Quick questions get quick answers. No support tickets, no waiting for a callback window.
Client experience
Handled our Private Limited registration end to end. Documents were clear, timelines were met, and we had our COI in nine days without a single follow up call from our side.
What stood out was not just the expertise, it was the reliability. Incorporation, Startup India recognition, GST registration and returns — one relationship instead of chasing paperwork across four vendors.
Explained the trade off between an LLP and a Private Limited in plain language, then told us the cheaper option was the right one for us. That honesty is why we stayed.
We had a GST notice sitting unanswered for weeks. The reply was drafted, filed and closed within the deadline, and we finally understood what had gone wrong in our returns.
Monthly books close by the fifth without me asking. The MIS pack is genuinely readable, which is more than I could say for the accountant we had before.
Payroll, PF and ESI for a team of eighteen, handled quietly every month. Zero late challans in two years, which is exactly the thing I wanted to stop thinking about.
Questions
The things clients most often want to know before getting in touch.
Ask on WhatsAppTypically seven to ten business days once we have complete documents. Name approval is the variable step — if your first choice is rejected by the Registrar, add two to three days for a resubmission. We propose alternate names upfront to avoid that.
The LLP Agreement sets out profit sharing, roles, capital contribution and exit terms between partners. It must be filed in Form 3 within thirty days of incorporation. Missing that window attracts a daily penalty with no upper limit, so we draft and file it as part of the registration itself.
A natural person who is an Indian citizen and resident in India. You can incorporate only one OPC at a time and must nominate one other eligible person as nominee. An OPC has to convert into a Private Limited Company once turnover crosses the prescribed threshold.
Broadly forty lakh rupees for goods and twenty lakh for services, with lower limits in special category states. Registration is mandatory regardless of turnover for inter-state supply, e-commerce operators and anyone liable under reverse charge. We check your exact position before advising.
GSTR-1 is due on the eleventh of the following month for monthly filers, and GSTR-3B on the twentieth. Quarterly filers under QRMP follow the thirteenth and the twenty-second or twenty-fourth. The annual return GSTR-9 is due by the thirty-first of December following the financial year.
Thirty-first of July for individuals not subject to audit, and thirty-first of October where a tax audit applies. Filing late means interest under section 234A, a late fee under section 234F, and the loss of your right to carry forward certain losses.
Additional fees accrue per day of delay with no cap, the company can be marked inactive, and directors risk disqualification for five years under section 164. Restoring things afterwards costs several times what timely filing would have. This is the single most expensive common mistake we correct.
Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Excel based books. If you already run something, we work inside it rather than forcing a migration. If you are starting fresh, we will recommend the lightest tool that fits your volume.
